Driver Verification: All renters must be 25 or older and pass an ID verification process.

Insurance Coverage: We offer several different insurance packages including a stationary option for trailers we deliver.

Towing: Renters planning on towing themselves must ensure that they have a suitable tow vehicle equipped with the proper safety packages to tow large RVs. In order to verify and approve a tow vehicle an insurance binder must be provided which covers the tow vehicle.

General Rules:
Violating these rules may result in loss of security deposit:
- No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the trailer
- Do not flush anything except RV toilet paper and human waste
- Do not put food waste down the sink drain
- Do not hang anything off the awning arms
- Do not adjust stabilizer jacks, tongue jack, levelers, or chocks without permission
- Do not adjust water/power/septic connections without permission
- Do not bring slide in without permission
- 200 lbs max on bunk beds
- Awning must be retracted overnight, in strong winds, or when leaving the campsite unattended
- Open bathroom roof vent and turn on the fan when showering
- Open kitchen roof vent and turn on the fan when cooking inside
- Pull blinds up and down with two hands evenly on the bottom rail
- There will be a brief orientation tour after setup where we will go over basic operation. Please make sure to ask questions if anything is unclear, we are here to help and want to make sure your stay is stress free!

Cleaning:
Must be complete prior to pickup to avoid cleaning fee:
- Dishes clean and put away
- Wipe counters and table
- Clean any debris out of shower
- Clean around the toilet and toilet bowl
- Take all food out of trailer
- Empty garbage and recycling
- Leave mattress protector sheets on the beds

  1. Definitions. “Agreement” means all terms and conditions found in this form, any addenda and any additional materials we provide at the time of reservation/rental. “You” or “your” means the person identified as the renter on this form, any persons signing this Agreement, and any person or organization to whom charges are billed by us at its or the renter’s direction. All person’s referred to as “you” or “your” are jointly and severally bound by this Agreement. “We”, “our” or “us” means Jeremiah “Jerry” Camuso and/or Alisha Munz, doing business as Northwest RV Rentals LLC. “Trailer” means the non-motorized camping trailer identified in this Agreement. “Loss of use” means the loss of our right to use the Trailer for any reason because of damage to it or loss of it during this rental. Loss of use is calculated by multiplying the number of days from the date of damage to the Trailer until it is repaired or replaced time the daily rental rate.
     

  2. Rental, Indemnity, and Warranties. This is a contract for the temporary use of the Trailer at the Rental Location noted above. This contract does not provide you or any other party with the right to tow or otherwise move the Trailer from the Rental Location. Unauthorized movement of the Trailer will result in, at a minimum, a loss of the Security Deposit and, potentially, legal action. We may repossess the Trailer at your expense without notice to you if the Trailer is abandoned or used in violation of any applicable laws or this Agreement. You agree to indemnify us, defend us and hold us harmless from all claims, liability, costs and attorney fees we incur resulting from, or arising out of, this rental and your use of the Trailer. We make no warranties, express, implied or apparent, regarding the Trailer, no warranty of merchantability and no warranty that the Trailer is fit for a particular purpose.
     

  3. Campground Reservations. We are not responsible for campground reservations. All campground reservations must be made separately with the campground’s reservation agency. All campground and campsite fees are separate from and in addition to the rental price and fees under this Agreement. No refunds will be given for campsite reservation errors.
     

  4. Check In. Delivery times are generally between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily. It is your responsibility to call us at (650) 817-5821 or  (253) 651-0508 on the Rental Period Start Date to check in with Jerry or Alisha and receive your scheduled delivery time. Delivery times will be scheduled on a first-come, first-serve      
     

  5. Delivery / Set up / Pick up. We will deliver and set up the Trailer at the Rental Location on the Rental Period Start Date and pick up the Trailer upon completion of your Rental Period. At the time of delivery, Jerry will provide you with an orientation to show you the safe and proper use of the Trailer and its features. Additionally, the orientation will provide a summary of prohibited uses of the Trailer. The Trailers will include instruction booklets which will explain the operation of the Trailer and its features. The orientation process can take up to one (1) hour - please allow yourself enough time. There are no refunds for early departures/returns. The Trailer must be returned without damage and the inside must be clean prior to check out Failure to return without damage and/or in an unclean state will result in additional charges that may be deducted from the Security Deposit and, if necessary, additional charges may be made to your credit card.
     

  6. Prohibited Uses. The following acts and/or uses are prohibited and constitute a breach of this Agreement subject, but not limited to, forfeiture of the security deposit, repossession of the Trailer without legal process, and/or legal action: a) the unauthorized towing, moving or other prohibited use of the Trailer; b) accessing or walking on the roof of the Trailer; and c) not complying with all campground rules and regulations, or State or federal laws.
     

  7. Personal Property. You release us, our agents and employees from all claims for loss of, or damage to, your personal property or that of any other person, that was left or carried in or on the Trailer, whether or not the loss or damages was caused by our negligence or was otherwise our responsibility.
     

  8. Personal Injury. You release us, our agents and employees from all claims for injury, including, without limitation, personal, bodily, or mental injury, economic loss or damage to you, guests, unborn children, or relatives, whether or not the injury was caused by use of the Trailer, our negligence, or was otherwise our responsibility.
     

  9. Smoking. There is No Smoking in any of the Trailers. If the Trailer is returned with any kind of smoking odor, it will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit plus any additional charges incurred in cleaning and/or repair.
     

  10. Pet Policy. If we do approve your pet there is $150.00 pet fee.  Any damage caused from the pet will be deducted from the security deposit. No  more  than  2  pets  in  the  trailer  at any  given  time.
     

  11. Limited Supplies. Most trailers come equipped with oversized tanks - approximately sixty (60) gallons of fresh water,  1- seventy-six (76) gallons of grey tank, 1 – thirty-eight (38) gallons black water holding tank capacity, 2- fifteen (15) pounds of propane, and two (2) full charged 12 volt batteries. Some trailers have standard water and holding tanks. It is your responsibility to ensure that these resources last your entire rental period. We will not provide additional water, holding tank capacity, propane, or batteries during the rental period.
     

  12. Appliances. The A/C, generator, awning, radio, microwave, television, Roku, jacks, etc. are convenience items. If any malfunctions should occur with any of these items, no compensation will be made to you. For assistance, you are advised to consult the informational material in the Trailer or contact Northwest RV Adventures at (650) 817-5821.
     

  13. Early Departures / Extending Rental Dates. You are responsible for reviewing this Agreement to ensure that all rentals costs and rental dates are correct. If you wish to extend the rental period, you must call us for approval. There are NO refunds for early departures. If you do not vacate at the scheduled check-out time on the scheduled Rental Period End Date and you have not called us for approval to extend the rental period, you will be charged additional rental day(s), and any inconvenience fees incurred by the next renter.
     

  14. Waiver. Our failure to enforce any of our rights under this Agreement or at law shall not be deemed a waiver or a continuing waiver of any rights or remedies against another party
     

  15. Governing Law and Venue. This Agreement shall be interpreted and enforced according to the substantive laws of the State of Washington without application of its conflicts or choice of law rules. Both parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the state court located in Pierce County, WA or the federal court located in Tacoma, WA for any action of proceeding regarding this Agreement, and both parties waive any right to object to the jurisdiction, forum or venue of the state court located in Pierce County, WA or the federal court located in Tacoma, Washington.
     

  16. Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is judicially determined to be invalid, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
     

  17. Attorneys’ Fees. In the event a dispute arises regarding this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, in addition to other relief to which it is entitled.
     

  18. Modifications. No term of this Agreement can be waived or modified except by a writing that we have signed.
     

  19. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the rental of the Trailer, and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements or understandings regarding this subject matter. This Agreement can only be amended by a writing signed by all parties.
     

  20. Excessive Cleaning Charges. You are required to return the RV in a clean, broom swept condition. All counters, sinks and refrigerator should be wiped down clean. Renter should remove all food, trash and personal belongings. If the RV is returned and requires additional time necessary beyond normal expectations to clean, we may charge an additional excessive cleaning fee of $150.00 to return the RV back to the same condition as renter received upon departure. If there is any pet or human urine found on any bedding, flooring, or couches there will be a fee of $250.00 charged for excessive cleaning. If RV is returned with a clogged toilet, there will be a fee to unclog.
     

  21. Lost Keys. If the keys are lost you will be charged $100 to replace them. This fee may come off your deposit.
     

  22. Failure to Return. Renter agrees to pay all expenses we incur in locating and recovering the vehicle if Renter fails to return it or if we elect to repossess it under the terms of this contract. Including all costs, pre- and post-judgment attorney’s fees, we incur in collecting payment from you or otherwise enforcing our rights under this contract. $500, plus $5 per mile for every mile between the renting location and the place where the RV Trailer is returned or abandoned, plus any additional recovery expenses we incur.
     

  23. Electrical. I understand that the campers are designed to properly operate by being plugged into 30 amp (120 Volt) or 50 amp (240 Volt) service. I understand and will investigate on my end to make sure I have the proper campsite or generator that can properly handle powering the camper, we are not liable for any performance issues of the camper that require electricity if renter is powering the camper by an external generator or at a home and agree not to use a 120 volt adapter when trying to run AC. I also understand the onboard 12 volt battery in the travel trailer is meant to power the CO2 detector and will not be a sufficient power source for use while camping.
     

  24. Use Violations. The following uses of this vehicle are prohibited and constitute a
    breach of The Rental Contract’s terms and will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit.

    ● Do not attempt to access the roof or use the ladder. Any evidence of use of roof or access to roof will result in full forfeiture of Security Deposit in addition to any damage incurred. This is for your safety.
    ● Do not attempt to move RV Trailer in any circumstance.
    ● Do not flush anything except RV toilet paper and human waste.
    ● Do not bring slide in without permission.
    ● Operation of the RV Trailer for use associated with any illegal or unsafe
    purpose or illegal substance.
    ● Any drugs or firearms found in the vehicle will be removed by an appropriate Law enforcement officer.
    ● Renter acknowledges that they forfeit their Security Deposit if any violation of Use and Restrictions is found.

     

  25. Comparable Camper. We reserve the right to place you in a comparable camper. This is very uncommon but situations do arise where we will need to move you into another camper at our discretion. This would typically happen if the camper you reserved was damaged or needed service, etc.
     

  26. Loss of Use. “Loss of use” means the loss of our right to use the Trailer for any reason because of damage to it or loss of it during this rental. Loss of use is calculated by multiplying the number of days from the date of damage to the Trailer until it is repaired or replaced times the daily rental rate.
     

  27. Cancellation Policy. Cancel more than 7 days before your trip begins: 75% of the booking total is refundable (you pay 25%)
    Cancel 7 or fewer days before your trip begins: 50% of the booking total is refundable (you pay 50%)
    Cancel less than 24 hours of booking: 0% of the booking total is refundable (you pay 100%)
    Insurance and taxes are always refundable.
    Note: If you still owe some toward the booking total at the time of cancellation, you’ll need to pay the remainder.

     

  28. Refunds. No refunds will be given for any reason, including, but not limited to, bad weather, no shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
